Rocky Balboa was rich and famous. He was the heavyweight boxing champion of the world. But those days were long ago. Now Rocky runs a restaurant in his home town Philadelphia. Life is hard and empty since his wife died. But then the world champion, Mason Dixon, wants to fight Rocky in an exhibition match. Rocky loses the exhibition match but wents out of the ring with respect.
