Orangutan Language

Summary:

The book talks about two orangutans that there are living at the National Zoo. These orangutans are from the Southeast Asian countries of Indonesia and Malay. At the National Zoo, Rob Shumaker is the coordinator of the Orangutan Language Project. Shumaker think that orangutans must have more space and some choices. Shumaker works daily with the orangutans in the programme to develop their language skills. Inda the female orangutan make process, but Shumaker isn΄t sure if Inda really learns the language.  On the other hand her brother doesn΄t learn as fast as his sister. Shumaker think  that if he doesn΄t  learn as fast as her it is because all orangutans it is orangutans.
