I really liked The Lost Chronicles Part 1 because it was exciting and kind of scary at the same time. The story is about a plane called Oceanic Flight 815 that crashes on a weird island. Only 48 people survive, and they have no idea where they are. I thought that was really interesting because it made me wonder what I would do if I was stuck on an island like that.
My favorite part was when the survivors started hearing a strange message that had been playing for 16 years. That made the island feel super mysterious, and it made me want to keep reading to find out who made the message and why it was still playing.
The characters were cool because they all had different personalities and secrets from their past. Sometimes they argued, but they also tried to help each other, which I liked. It felt real, like how people would act if they were scared.
The book was only 72 pages, so it was easy to read, and the words weren’t too hard. I also liked the “Fact File” sections that explained stuff about the TV show and real survival stories. Those parts made the book even more interesting.
Overall, I think this book is great if you like adventures, mysteries, or stories about surviving. I would recommend it to kids who want a short but exciting book to read.
