What is this book about?
This book is about a boy called Billy. Billy is 11 years old, his mum is dead and his dad and brother are on strike. Billy is different from the other boys. He wants to be a dancer, a ballet dancer!
Every week he goes to dance classes. Everyday he is doing better and better, so the ballet teacher tells him if he wants to go to the audition for the Royal Ballet School. He accepted but there was two big problems. The first is how he can tell his family? And second they don’t have money.
After all he decided to tell his dad. Dad agreed and collected money for the travel. Billy passed the audition very well and he made his dream come true. He bacame a ballet dancer.
My Favourite part
My favourite part is when Billy took a letter. It was from the audition, the letter said that Billy had passed the audition.
